    Abstract

Using Raman spectroscopy to study the molecular structure information of single grain rice is of great significance to the identification of origin and varieties. This paper aims to Raman spectroscopy instrument under the premise of parameter adjustment, the single grain of rice best Raman spectra collection method, and the pretreatment method of the single grain big meera Raman spectra were analyzed, finally realizes the big mira Raman spectral characteristic peak extraction and recognition. It was found that the reproducing ability of the single kernel was better; In the pretreatment method, the adaptive iterative weighted recursive least square method and the IMA method have a good effect on spectral background removal,The baseline Wavelet method is used for feature extraction to obtain the characteristic vibration peak of rice, which can better reflect the material composition information. On the whole, single grain Raman spectroscopy can be used for non-destructive testing of rice quality monitoring, which provides a good technical approach for the identification of rice origin and varieties.
